Freehold’s newest dining experience, The Loaded Spoon, is excited to offer you an exclusive first look at their new Summer Menu! Be sure to make your reservation starting June 6 to taste these refreshing dishes.
Starters
Starters will feature Summer Ale Mussels, Jersey Street Corn, and Tuna & Watermelon Poke which will be served with crushed wasabi peas, black sesame dust, mango puree, and wild black rice.
Innovative Dishes
New mains include a delicious Pork Chop Cobbler, Orecchiette Limoncello, Jumbo Scallops with a Jersey Corn Risotto, and Hot Honey Chicken for those who like to keep it spicy.
Best-selling items will remain on the menu including the Surf & Turf Skewer, Burrata Tartuffa, Short Rib Bolognese, Filet Mignon Agnolotti, and more.
Decadent Desserts
The Loaded Spoon never neglects dessert. A hot new milkshake has joined the menu, the Root for the Home Team is a classic root beer float topped with a waffle bowl of goodies sure to curb any sweet tooth. Alongside new gelato and sorbet flavors, there will be new plated desserts such as The Harley Quinn, Peachy Keen, and Neapolitan Sliders comprised of house made cream puffs and filled with Neapolitan ice cream.
